The Community Health Worker (CHW) Program offers a Basic Certificate and an Advance Certificate. Students interested in the Basic or Advance Certificates may enroll in the program at any term. It is, however, recommended that they begin with the Basic courses. There are no prerequisites for the CHW courses except CHW 101 – Introduction to Community Health Worker should be taken first or concurrent with any other Basic course.
