Please be advised that on July 12, 2022, the Governor issued EO 2022-16 rescinding the requirement that higher education employees and students be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or submit to weekly testing in order to access the college premises. SSC will no longer require the Cleared4 system and its vax or test requirement for campus access. Masks are optional and available on our campuses.

Free rapid COVID-19 testing at the Main Campus in South Holland through SHIELD Illinois is available in the MiJack Room on Mondays & Thursdays from 2 PM – 4 PM, Tuesdays from 4 PM – 6 PM,  and Fridays 9 AM – 12 PM. To schedule a test with SHIELD, create an account through Portal.shieldillinois.com using agency code df5brbrj.

Individuals who test positive should continue to use the employee online self-reporting tool or the student self-reporting tool. SSC will be strictly following the CDC guidelines for isolation and quarantine.
